Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our service providers work solely on a commission structure, meaning they are only paid for the services they provide. When a guest no shows or cancels last minute, you're not only taking away from someone else who wanted an appointment, but you're costing the service provider money. This is why we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel, change or reschedule an appointment, and charge a fee when you don't show up. 


Edges requires a credit card be stored on file to book new appointments as our cancellation policy is non negotiable. We remind you our cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice to avoid any fees. First time cancellations after this will be charged 50% of the service total and any further infractions will be charged 100% of the service total. While we do understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, it is the upward trend of all businesses to charge for missed appointment out of respect for our service providers.

Your prompt submission of these forms enables our team to prepare thoroughly for your visit, addressing your specific needs and preferences with the utmost care and attention. By doing so, we can maximize the time spent on your treatment or consultation, ultimately enhancing the quality of service we provide. Salon Service Reminder

Salon guests, we kindly ask that you arrive with your hair styled as you typically wear it on a daily basis, especially if you have curly hair. This practice greatly assists our skilled stylists during your consultation, as it provides valuable insights into your preferred look and hair texture. Your cooperation ensures that we can offer personalized recommendations and services that align with your individual style, resulting in a more satisfying and tailored salon experience for you. Chemical services with the goal of a big transformation, or if you have damaged hair, will also require a Chemical Consent Form prior to beginning your service.
